Ok I thought I should explain the academy a little bit for those who don't know about it.
On Gallifrey, children are taken to the academy when they turn 8.

the Untempered Schism is the source of the Time Lords Powers. Here the time lords train for centuries to help they're planet. Here they learn many things from, how to use a sonic screwdriver to driving a TRADIS.
